Select a Travel Product : On the product page of the website, select the type of travel product you need

Fill in Information: Fill in the departure date, time, number of people, number of luggage, and other information according to the prompts

Select Vehicle: Choose the appropriate vehicle type based on your team size and needs
Select Extra Service: Please select any additional special requirements you may need, such as the number of child seats required or name signs, etc.

Confirm and Submit: Check the order details, including price and itinerary, fill in your contact information, and submit the order
Cancellation Policy Our cancellation policy varies for each product. If you wish to cancel your trip, please check the cancellation policy of your specific product

Credit Card Payment: We also accept mainstream credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay Card，etc.

First stage：Order Confirmation: After a successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing the order details, and our customer service will contact you.

Second Stage：Driver Confirmation: One day before your trip, the driver will contact you through the information you left to confirm the meeting place and time.
Third Stage：Enjoy the Trip This is the core stage of the entire service experience.
- 1. Punctual Waiting:
  - The driver will arrive at the designated location earlier than the agreed waiting time.
  - For airport pickup service, the driver provides 90 minutes of free waiting based on the actual flight arrival time.
  - For other pickups, the driver provides 30 minutes of free waiting based on the time specified by the customer
- 2. Professional Service:
  - Enjoy a safe and comfortable charter vehicle service with a professional driver. The driver is familiar with the road conditions and will flexibly adjust the route based on the actual situation.
  - You can communicate with the driver at any time during the trip to make minor adjustments to the route or schedule (within reasonable limits).
Fourth Stage: Service Completion and Feedback
- 1. Trip Completion and Settlement:
  - The service is completed once the driver safely delivers you to your final destination.
  - If any additional charges occur during the trip (such as overtime fees, extra mileage fees, night fee etc.), they will settle after the trip ends.
- 2. Satisfaction Feedback:
  - We will invite you to evaluate the service. Your feedback is an important basis for them to improve service quality.
