• Winter snow vehicles and drivers are limited. Please consider carefully before booking.
• All times are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
• In the event of a natural disaster in Japan that prevents travel to the destination, all fees can be canceled free of charge.

Charter Van

• 7 days (18:00) or more before the usage date           0%
• Between 7 days and 3 days (18:00) before the usage date   50%
• Between 3 days and 1 days (18:00) before the usage date   80%
• 1 days (18:00) or less before the usage date              100%

Charter Bus

• 2 weeks (18:00) or more before the usage date              0%
• Between 2 weeks and 10 days (18:00) before the usage date   50%
• Between 10 days and 5 days (18:00) before the usage date   80%
• 5 days (18:00) or less before the service date           100%
